Delivery Time

Plain fabrics: Stock items are normally dispatched either the same day or the next working day for next-working-day delivery. While our couriers are very reliable, please keep in mind that next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Patterned fabrics: Approximately 1 week from order.

Made to Measure Products: Lead time typically 7 - 15 working days + shipping (UK: Next Working day, other countries: from 3 to 8 working days). See our current lead time estimate for made to measure products.

NOTE: In such a rare case that the fabric is out of stock delivery time can be up to 9 weeks, but please check with us unless we have contacted you already.

You will be contacted if the charges are higher and you may cancel your order at this stage if you will.

Natural fibre made-to-measure cushion covers are low-maintenance. Because they are decorative accents, frequent washing isn't necessary—regular light care is usually all they need to stay fresh, vibrant, and beautiful for years.

(Please note: We craft and supply made-to-measure cushion covers only; cushion inners or pads are not included.)

Routine Maintenance (All They Usually Need)

• Gentle Hoovering or Brushing: Vacuum your cushion covers regularly using your hoover’s soft brush attachment on a low suction setting (or give them a gentle shake outdoors) to remove settling dust.

Washing & Cleaning Guidelines

• Dry Cleaning Recommended: For the absolute best results—and to ensure your covers retain their exact tailored dimensions, shape, and crisp fit—professional dry cleaning is always our top recommendation.
• Careful 30°C Wash (Optional for Pre-Washed Linen): If you prefer to wash your pre-washed linen cushion covers at home, they can be washed inside-out on a delicate 30°C cycle using a mild, bleach-free detergent. Please bear in mind that even pre-washed linen carries minor residual shrinkage, which may make refitting your cushion inner slightly snugger.

Important Considerations

• Fitting & Residual Shrinkage: Because natural linen can contract slightly in water, home washing may result in a slightly tighter fit over your cushion pad compared to professional dry cleaning.
• Fading of Printed Fabrics: If your cushion cover features printed or patterned fabrics, machine washing can cause delicate inks to fade over time compared to gentle dry cleaning.
• Never Tumble Dry: Always allow your cushion covers to air-dry flat in the shade. Heat from a tumble dryer will cause noticeable shrinkage and break down the natural fibres.
• Avoid Spot-Treating: Try to avoid rubbing localized stains with water or liquid detergents, as this can leave permanent water rings or cause uneven shrinkage in that single area.
